3 nights/4 days Cooking With A Star Chef

Mamma Agata invites you to her private villa perched on a seaside cliff in Ravello for hands-on cooking classes in her kitchen. Above the blue Tyrrhenian Sea, her gracious home majestically overlooks the Amalfi coastline with wonderful terraces and a spacious garden full of lemon trees, fruit trees, flowers, and vegetables.

Mamma Agata’s cooking classes will sweep you into the kitchen with her love and passion for cooking. Mamma Agata has been the chef for many major Hollywood actors and actresses including Humphrey Bogart, Anita Eckberg, Richard Burton, Liz Taylor, Fred Astaire, Charles Cubbon, Van Efflin, Federico Fellini (a big pasta and fagioli fan!), Jacqueline Kennedy (1962 in Ravello), Marcello Mastroianni, and noteworthy international journalists, writers, and politicians such as Susanna Agnelli in Ravello.

Each day at the end of the lesson, lunch follows, where you will be able to taste the various recipes from class and enjoy some of the best local wines, while sitting on her breathtaking terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. After each lesson, you will have your own Mamma Agata recipe booklet, a chef’s hat, and you’ll be able to take home the wonderful recipes which can be recreated at home. Mamma follows the natural Mediterranean diet, known to be one of the healthiest in the world. Buon Appetito with Mamma!
