Join Alberto at the villa for a week of cooking, wine, and touring the hills of Montepulciano. The cooking classes, which are held in the country kitchen at the property, are hands-on with recipes of true Tuscan cuisine. There is also a visit to Perugia, home of the baci, or chocolate kiss in Italian, where you will learn the history of chocolate. Traditional Tuscan recipes, paired with regional wine tastings which include the coveted Brunello, and an outside market tour, give everyone the chance to be Tuscan Chef for the week.
