Together with your English-speaking guide, you will begin with a visit to the winery in the eastern part of Gallura overlooking more than 500 hectares of rolling terrain covered by green vineyards. After you visit the vineyard and cantina, it’s time to taste. The tasting includes five wines, ranging from white, red, rosé and passito, paired with traditional Sardinian breads, plump olives from the nearby garden, Grananglona and other artisan cheese, farm-made salami and desserts made by the chef.
During your tour, you will learn about the vineyard’s varieties: Vermentino, Cannonau, Carignano, Muristellu, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah – grown with the warm sun of Sardinia and cut by hand. The wines have great personality, drinkability and extraordinary balance; they are the ambassadors of the bitter land of Gallura and are sold and renown throughout the world. The cantina and its hosts welcome wine enthusiasts, connoisseurs, sommeliers and wine lovers alike. Each guest will learn about winemaking, aging and bottling.
