I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Italy is opening its boarders and hotels for summer travel on June 3 with air flights starting! We are positive, optimistic and keep our hearts afloat with cooking. Needless to say, preparing and enjoying a home cooked meal is nourishing for the mind and body.
