Join Chefs Salvatore and Anna to learn how to make limoncello and lemon profiteroles, delicious baked puffs filled with homemade limoncello cream. Our chefs use only naturally raised lemons picked from the garden each day to ensure fresh and delicious results.
We start off the class with an informal discussion on the history behind the lemons and how they made their way to the Amalfi Coast. Following, it’s hands-on as we peel, mix and make the famous lemon liqueur. As the lemons bathe in the secret recipe, we prepare the batter and homemade pastry cream for the profiteroles. Our chefs share their prized family recipes for the most delicious lemon creations on Capri. Following the hands-on cooking class, everyone enjoys the tasting imoncello and lemon profiteroles that were made in the cooking class. A Lemon Lifestyle recipe book, including lots of lemon inspired recipes is included and a tasting bottle of limoncello.

Cooking Classes start in the morning at 10:30am or in the afternoon at 4:30pm. Other times available upon request.
