Sorrento Cooking Classes

Join our Italian Mamma and her family in hands-on cooking classes limited to small groups allowing each participant maximum attention.  Tie on your aprons and learn how to prepare antipasti, pasta, and main courses including fish caught daily, veal, chicken or vegetarian in each cooking class, and Neapolitan desserts.  Learn to cook Italian in hands-on classes on the technique of cooking Italian!  Following the cooking class, everyone enjoys the food made in class with a toast of local red or white wine.  Dessert and caffè included. Our mamma grew up in the kitchen cooking for her family, so cooking is a natural for her! Step into her kitchen, tie on your aprons, and learn her family recipes!  Cooking classes in Sorrento use farm-to-table local, seasonal produce and ingredients.

The Sorrento Peninsula is part of a land that has been enchanting travelers for centuries and continues today.  The Amalfi Coast, or la Costiera Amalfitana, is a beautiful 50-kilometer stretch of mountainous coastline situated on the Sorrento peninsula between Sorrento and Salerno, just south of Naples, in the region of Campania. • Return to the property and enjoy the rest of your day.
• Dinner is on your own with suggestions provided.

Day Three: Food Lover’s Tour and Tasting & Cooking Class 2

• Breakfast is served.
• Follow along with our English-Speaking Guide on a Food Lover’s Tour around Sorrento, visiting landmarks and tasting traditional foods along the way.
• Tie on your apron and head into the kitchen for your hands-on cooking class 2 learning to prepare a full-course traditional menu. After the class, everyone enjoys the foods made in the kitchen with a toast of local wine included.
• Enjoy the meal you prepared as dinner with a toast of wine to follow.

Day Four: Cooking Class 3

• Breakfast is served.
• Tie on your aprons for cooking class 3 preparing a full-course traditional menu. After the class, everyone enjoys the food prepared in the cooking class with a toast of wine.
• Return to the property and the rest of the day is yours.
• Dinner is on your own with suggestions provided.

Day Five; Ciao and Arrivederci!!!
