You’ll be making flash-fried arancini, stuffed rice balls – a traditional street food. Roll out fresh pasta – maccheroni, busiate, cavatelli and ravioli with pistachio pesto – to name a few. Then, it is on to main courses – Sicilian sausages ragù with wild fennel or polpette di pesce spada al sugo, swordfish stewed in tomato sauce. Fish, meat and vegetarian menu options are available. Sicilian dessert-making is part of the experience with delicious cannoli, iris, cassata and crostata alla ricotta.
