Chef Giuseppe and his professional culinary team invite you to an extraordinary hands-on cooking experience and pasta cooking class on Lake Maggiore. This five-star culinary program offers you the very best Italian cooking in a superior villa property with beautiful lake views. Situated on the shores of Lake Maggiore, the Villa enjoys a uniquely panoramic location, offering views over the Golfo Borromeo and its precious islands.

Cooking classes with Execute Chef Giuseppe on Lake Maggiore will have you cooking like a Royal.  Head into the kitchen for your hands-on cooking class with Chef Giuseppe.   Each class is informative and relaxed; limited to small groups. Learn how to make a great range of antipasti, fresh gnocchi, pasta, pizza, risotto and seasonal fish or meat dishes and wonderful desserts.

After each cooking class, guests enjoy the food that was prepared in the cooking class with a toast of local red or white wine.  Menus are designed based on the season, cooking classes with truffles when available, using only high quality local products from the garden and purveyors.  Our Chef also caters to special dietary requirements such as vegetarian and gluten free.  Tie on your apron and learn the secrets of Chef Giuseppe as he prepares traditional recipes with his interpretation.  Cooking classes making pasta, and private cooking classes too are available upon request.

  • Hands-on cooking lesson with Chef Giuseppe and his team.
  • Lunch follows with the foods prepared in class. (Beverages and coffee available at a surcharge.)

For Single Guests: If you are traveling on your own, please call us for the best group price. We are happy to welcome you into an already scheduled group.

* One-day cooking classes do not include transportation, accommodations, or any other excursions.  If you would like to add on transfers to and from your hotel or cruise ship port ~ please let us know your group size and we will be happy to provide a price and reserve the transfer(s) for you.  If you have a non-cooker who would like dine, but not cook, please let us know and we will also send you pricing.

2021 Dates: This program is available March 24 to October 30. You can check in and start your cooking program any day of the week. Rates are subject to change based on currency exchange. Call for updated rates. Airfare not included. Group transfers for any cooking tour or tours that include transfers, are for the group and are not private. Transfers before, after or to another destination outside of your cooking tour are not included in the program price. If you would like to add on a private transfer or transfers, let us know and we will send you pricing.
