Using only in-season and local fruits, vegetables and produce, learn how how to prepare family recipes from our Puglia cooking classes! Letizia welcomes each guest to her villa while sharing her passion for cooking, culture and art.
In our one day cooking class Puglia, you will make Pugliesi homemade breads and focaccia. Start off preparing antipasti – polpette di melanzane, eggplant puffs; fresh pasta and sauces like ciceri e trio and tagliatelle with chick peas, and main courses such as cavatelli, roulades of veal in onion sauce or zuppa di pesce, seafood soup. Desserts are delicious with traditions such as torte, crostata, biscotti, purcedduzzi, small fried gnocchi with honey, and taralli. Following each cooking class, guests dine on the foods that were prepared in class, paired with a local red and wine. A one-of-a-kind Puglia cooking class with farm-to-table ingredients and local wine is an experience to remember! Cooking classes begin at 5pm and are approximately 3 hours.
One Day Class Includes:
- Hands-on cooking class including the making of a full menu – antipasto, fresh pasts with sauce, main course and dessert with wine included. Following the cooking class, everyone enjoys the food that was prepared in the cooking class with wine included. Recipe booklet is included.

If you would like to add on transfers to and from your hotel or cruise ship port ~ please let us know your group size and we will be happy to provide a price and reserve the transfer(s) for you. If you have a non-cooker who would like dine, but not cook, please let us know and we will also send you pricing. Train station pick up is Conversano. Airport pick up is at Bari Airport.
