Join our professional pizzaiolo in Naples who will teach you techniques and methods for making authentic Neapolitan pizza the Old-World way in a wood-burning brick oven. In our pizza making class you will learn how to make a pizza verace, an authentic 100% DOP, domain of production – Neapolitan pizza in the heart of Bella Napoli!

Our pizza making class Naples is a total immersion! Participants will learn how to mix the dough from scratch while discovering tips on making the perfect pizza. After you’ve mixed the ingredients into a perfect dough, learn the correct way to knead and leave your dough to rise. Next, you’ll learn to “drive the dough” into the perfect round – it takes practice – and your pizzaiolo will show you how. Before putting in the wood-burning oven with just the right spin, add your seasonal topping for a perfect Neapolitan pizza. This culinary experience in Naples will have you making pizza like a true Italian! You will also learn how to make a traditional dessert.

Learning to make pizza in Italy is an art and in this class you will learn how! After your Naples cooking class and dessert making, everyone dines on the pizza prepared in class accompanied with a toast of local red or white wine included (soft drinks for the non-wine drinker). If you would like to add on transfers to and from your hotel or cruise ship port ~ please let us know your group size and we will be happy to reserve transfers for you. Transfers are an extra cost.
