Advanced Cooking Class Positano ~ 1 Day

Award winning Executive Chefs Ciro, Emilio, Rapheal and Filomena take the lead in this Master Cooking Class for the advanced home cook and Executive Chef in their professional kitchen where quality products are used in high end technique oriented hands-on cooking classes. This advanced class, for experienced passionate cooks, includes hands-on chopping, slicing, dicing, sautéing and prepping seasonal foods with a profound understanding of tradition. Using high quality ingredients and precision technique you will be creating antipasti, pasta, risotto, main courses, pastries & desserts, and artisan breads.

After each class, everyone enjoys eating the food that was prepared in class accompanied with a glass of red or white wine. All menus vary by season to use the best fresh ingredients. Menus can be tailored to accommodate food allergies, diet needs and vegetarian too.

Advanced Cooking Class Positano Includes:

  • Master hands-on Cooking Class followed by lunch or dinner with the food prepared in class.
  • A toast of local wine included, with additional wines, beverages, after-dinner liqueur and caffè available at a surcharge.
Program Prices

$325 per person. Taxes & Italian VAT included.

Classes start at 10:30am and 3:30pm.

*Friends or family members in your group, who are not cooking, and want to join for lunch following the class, need to reserve in advance. Call to inquire about menus and pricing.

*Please note: One-day cooking classes do not include transportation, accommodations, or any other excursions.  If you would like to add on transfers to and from your hotel or cruise ship port ~ please let us know your group size and we will be happy to reserve transfers for you. (Extra cost).

Private classes are available at a surcharge.  Call for updated rates. Airfare not included. Group transfers for any cooking tour or tours that include transfers, are for the group and are not private. Transfers before, after or to another destination outside of your cooking tour are not included in the program price. If you would like to add on a private transfer or transfers, let us know and we will send you pricing.
