Cooking Classes

Tie on your apron for a Michelin Star experience in the kitchen with Chef Massimo. Before your class, take a stroll through the estate’s vegetable garden, fruit orchards and working farm where most of the ingredients for your class is grown, raised and produced. This hands-on cooking class introduces you to the regional cuisine of Parma and where you’ll be making antipasto, pasta, risotto, soups, main courses and desserts.

Although he boasts Michelin stars, this down-to-earth chef is known as ‘The Farmer’ dedicating his time outside of the kitchen to his garden.  Chef Massimo will share his technique in the kitchen turning his fresh organic produce from his garden into award-winning bites.  Set in the heart of the Emilia Romagna countryside and nestled in the triangle of Parma, Cremona and Piacenza on the Po River, our 1 Day Cooking Class will have you preparing local foods like a rising star chef.

Following the class, everyone enjoys the foods prepared. Eat, relax and share your cooking notes around the table in the dining room Buon Appetito! 

One-Day Class Includes:

  • Hands-on cooking class featuring the preparation of a full menu.
  • Cooking Apron and Recipe booklet
  • Dinner follows on the foods prepared in class including wine.
Program Prices

$285 per person, based on minimum 2 people. Cooking Classes start in the morning at 9:30am or in the afternoon at 4pm.

* Please note: One-day cooking classes do not include transportation, accommodations, or any other excursions.  If you would like to add on transfers to and from your hotel or cruise ship port ~ please let us know your group size and we will be happy to provide a price and reserve the transfer(s) for you.  If you have a non-cooker who would like dine, but not cook, please let us know and we will also send you pricing.

2020 Dates: Classes are available throughout the year. You can check in and start your cooking program any day of the week, as this program is offered 12 months per year. Rates are subject to change based on currency exchange. Call for updated rates. Airfare not included. Group transfers for any cooking tour or tours that include transfers, are for the group and are not private. Transfers before, after or to another destination outside of your cooking tour are not included in the program price. If you would like to add on a private transfer or transfers, let us know and we will send you pricing.
