Parma Cooking Classes
Tie on your apron with our Michelin Star Chef and experience a genuine culinary adventure in Parma. This glorious 1 day experience takes you into the culinary heart of Parma for an authentic hands-on cooking class and food tour like no other. Tie on your aprons for a cooking experience in a Michelin Star kitchen with Emilia Romagna’s high quality products such as prosciutto di Parma, Parmesan cheese, aged balsamic vinegar from nearby Modena. Learn the art of making tortellini and tortelloni and delicate sheets hand-rolled pasta in our small classes with personal attention to each cooking guest.
Before your class, take a stroll through the estate’s vegetable garden, fruit orchards and working farm where ingredients are grown, raised and produced. This hands-on cooking class introduces you to the regional cuisine of Parma while making antipasto, pasta, risotto, soups, main courses and desserts.
Although with a tutelage of Michelin stars, this down-to-earth chef is known as The Farmer, dedicating his time outside of the kitchen to his garden. Cooking guests learn as they are amazed at how he turns fresh organic produce from his garden into award-winning food. Set in the heart of the Emilia Romagna countryside and nestled in the triangle of Parma, Cremona and Piacenza on the Po River, our 1 Day Cooking Class is a one-of-a-kind cooking experience!
Following the class, everyone enjoys the foods that were prepared during the cooking class. A toast of wine included.

$325 per person, based on 2 guests.
Cooking Classes start in the morning at 9:30am or in the afternoon at 4pm.
