Chef Mario will teach you the secrets and techniques to making creamy artisan gelato. In sunny Sorrento, Using local milk and fresh garden ingredients like strawberries, pistachios, hazelnuts, berries and lemons, Chef Mario leads the way in churning fresh milk into mouthwateringly delicious gelati. Made with less air than ice cream, Italian ice-cream is velvety – enjoy chocolate, nutty nocciola and pistachio, creamy stracciatella and caffè and lemon. Gelato making classes are held in the afternoons in both English and Italian. Tastings follow and include the gelato that was made in the class. Classes last approximately 1 hour.
