Tie on your apron and learn how to make Italian semifreddo and gelato in sunny Sorrento with Mamma at her villa kitchen! Join our Italian mamma who will show you how to prepare these dessert classics with seasonal fruits and flavors from the garden!
Classes are hands-on and include the preparation of a variety of semifreddo and gelato using Sorrento oranges, lemons, blueberries, cherries or strawberries to name a few. Mamma shows you how to carefully prepare the creamy confection. Flavors are fresh, local and delicous and Semifreddo can easily be recreated in your home kitchen. Following the cooking class, everyone enjoys the semifreddo with Prosecco, local wine or caffe. All cooking classes vary by season incorporating local fruit.

Classes are at 10:00am or 4.30pm.
Single Cookers: If you are a single guest and would like to join us, please call for the best price. We are happy to welcome you into an already scheduled group.
*Please note: One-day cooking classes do not include transportation, accommodations, or any other excursions. If you would like to add on transfers to and from your hotel or cruise ship port ~ please let us know your group size and we will be happy to reserve transfers for you.

Group transfers for any cooking tour or tours that include transfers, are for the group and are not private. Transfers before, after or to another destination outside of your cooking tour are not included in the program price.
