Learn how to roll out pasta, sauté seasonal sauces and bake – creating a full course Neapolitan lunch. Our 1-Day Cooking Class is a unique experience that will immerse you into a Neapolitan experience while making great food and enjoying local wine.
Our one day cooking class in Naples includes the preparation of an antipasto, first course – such as pasta, gnocchi or risotto, a second course – meat, fish or vegetarian, and a dessert. Work alongside your chefs and prepare focaccia with cherry tomatoes grown on the slopes of Vesuvius, or a velvetly pumpkin soup with Gorgonzola croutons – and that is just for starters! Prepare parmigiana di melanzane, eggplant parmesan, fresh pasta with olives, capers, oregano and breadcrumbs, or a delicious gattò di patate, Neapolitan potato terrine. For your main course, learn the Chefs’ secret for zucchini meatballs on Parmigiano fondue or melanzane a barchette, hearty stuffed eggplants from a recipe that was her nonna’s, grandmother’s. End on a sweet note with a traditional babà Napoletano, rum-soaked cake, or a torta caprese, chocolate cake. Immerse with our local chef for a market shopping and cooking class with lunch!
Tina and Gio’s one day in Naples, Italy takes you to the heart Neapolitan cuisine where sun, sea and the volcanic soil from Vesuvius play a vital part in fresh and tasty produce; and where ingredients effortlessly combine from land and sea. They learned from their Nonnas and Mammas and now share these family recipes with you. After our Naples cooking class, lunch or dinner follows and everyone enjoys the foods that were prepared in class with a glass of local wine and water included. This culinary experience in Naples is a unique experience where you spend the day in the kitchen while learning local cuisine.
Our Naples cooking classes are held in the morning at 10.30 and are limited to small groups. Fresh seasonal ingredients, attention to food allergies (vegetarian and gluten menus available upon request) and Tina and Gio’s hand in the kitchen make this cooking class one that you will remember! All recipes can be recreated at in your home kitchen. This culinary experience in Mount Vesuvius Naples – is delicious and fun!

Shop With The Chef & Cooking Class ~ 1 Day
Join Tina and Gio in our Naples Cooking Class as they start the day early with a visit to the outdoor market. Together, you will select and buy the foods that will be used in the cooking class. Learn how to select and what to look for in choosing local produce, while shopping for the daily catch, farm fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables, cheese and exotic Neapolitan spices.
Following the market tour, everyone heads to the kitchen for our Naples cooking class making an antipasto, first course: pasta, gnocchi or risotto, second course; meat, fish or vegetarian and dessert. Our chefs share their technique while teaching you to prepare delicious Focaccia with cherry tomatoes grown on the slopes of Vesuvius, or a velvet pumpkin soup with Gorgonzola croutons- and that is just for starters! Prepare parmigiana di melanzane, eggplant Parmigiano, fresh pasta with olives, capers, oregano and breadcrumb, or a delicious gattò di patate, Neapolitan potato terrine.
