Chef Francesco offers classic Tuscan menus including farm-to-table ingredients. Learn how to makde handmade pici pasta, tagliatelle, ravioli. Main courses wow with farmer’s country chicken and spinach or Tuscan meats. There are also vegetarian options. Cantucci biscotti dipped in Vin Santo, sweet Tuscan dessert wine, are served for dessert. Everyone enjoys the food that was prepared in the cooking class to follow with local wine included.
