Learn how to make arancini, Sicilian rice balls, pasta all Norma, fresh fish and delicious meats, and cannoli!
Classes are held in a professional lead by Executive Chef David. Sicilian menus include local fare using farm-to-table ingredients. Start with eggplant – and learn how to transform it into grilled, stuffed, rolled with herbs and fresh ricotta. Red peppers are also a tradition – stuffed and grilled. Fresh cavatelli, local homemade pasta served with a sugo di maiale, pork and tomato sauce, along with pasta con i ceci, pasta with chickpeas or scacce, Sicilian baked dish, and pastizza, savory broccoli pie. Desserts include cassata, a traditional cake with citrus fruit and cannoli! Following the cooking class, everyone enjoys the food that was prepared in the class.
