Knead, Roll Out & Spin Your Way To The Perfect Pizza
Join Mamma Anna in her villa and garden on Capri for a true hands-on cooking experience where you will make authentic Neapolitan pizza, fried and baked, along with an antipasto and dessert. Mamma Anna will show you how to make true Neapolitan pizza, hands-on mixing the dough, then rolling into perfect rounds for both baking and flash frying.
You will learn how to measure and mix the ingredients into a perfect pizza dough, watch it rise, then “punch and drive the dough”. You will also create a delicious antipasto and dessert. After the cooking class, everyone enjoys the antipasto, pizza and dessert prepared in class. Toast with a great glass of Aglianico, red, or Falanghina, white, wine, soft drinks for the children, and end with a sweet dessert. These recipes can easily be recreated at home. Each guest receives a Chef’s shopping bag, apron and recipe book.
Wine Tasting Add On Option – Add on a wine tasting with your pizza class and learn about 3 exclusive wines of the area and how they pair with pizza! Additional price is 45E per person.
*Our pizza making class is also available with a wood-burning brick oven or a professional baking oven please let us know your preference of oven on your Reservation Form in Food Notes.

Morning Classes start at 10:00am and Afternoon Classes start at 4:00pm.
*Friends or family members in your group, who are not cooking, and want to join for lunch or dinner following the class, need to reserve in advance. Call to inquire about menus and pricing.
*Please note: One-day cooking classes do not include transportation, accommodations, or any other excursions. If you would like to add on transfers to and from your hotel or cruise ship port ~ please let us know your group size and we will be happy to reserve transfers for you. Transfers are an extra cost.
