Knead, Roll Out & Spin Your Way To The Perfect Pizza
Join Mamma Anna in her villa and garden on Capri for a true hands-on cooking experience where you will make authentic Neapolitan pizza, fried and baked, along with an antipasto and dessert. Mamma Anna will show you how to make true Neapolitan pizza, hands-on mixing the dough, then rolling into perfect rounds for both baking and flash frying.
You’ll learn how to make the dough, and technique for preparing while using seasonal toppings including salumi, tomatoes, grilled eggplant, zucchini. Following the preparation, bake it to perfection and enjoy| You’ll also prepare a Neapolitan antipasto – think arancini, stuffed eggplant, or stuffed peppers. Dessert making is included too – with delicious Neapolitan cakes, biscotti and fresh fruit open-faced pies. Following the class, everyone enjoys the food that was prepared in the class with wine and limoncello included.
Hands-on Cooking class. Lunch or dinner follows and includes the food that was prepared in the cooking class with wine included. Recipes are included.

Morning Classes start at 10:00am and afternoon classes start at 4:00pm.

*Please note: One-day cooking classes do not include transportation, accommodations, or any other excursions. If you would like to add on transfers to and from your hotel or cruise ship port ~ please let us know your group size and we will be happy to reserve transfers for you. Transfers are an extra cost.
