Soft, creamy, fresh and aged cheeses are the final product.  The famous cheese making visit includes demonstrations, discussion and steps on how to along with tastings and a trip to their cheese cave. At the end of the tour, there is a cheese shop where you are able to purchase the hand-made artisan cheese.

Following our cheese visit, we head to our artisan limoncello maker and Slow Food member, who will explain the history of the Amalfi Coast sfusato lemons and how they are made into delicious limoncello.  We will tour the work lab with tastings of limoncello and confections included.  He follows the COVAL way of growing the prized organic lemons, which are hand-picked freshly almost every day, then transforms them into limoncello, marmalade, citrus candy and confections and panettone too.  Included is our Lemon Lifestyle Recipe Book filled with lemon recipes on how to make limoncello, cheese and other regional recipes from Positano and the Amalfi Coast.
